Μέσα σ' ένα ευλογημένο τόπο δημιουργήσαμε με πολύ μεράκι ένα ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Δίπλα είναι το παλιό αρχοντικό του 1737

Στους πρόποδες του Πηλίου, εκεί όπου το βουνό των Κενταύρων συναντά το γαλάζιο του Παγασητικού αυτό το πέτρινο σπίτι προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στην αυθεντικότητα και την πολυτέλεια. Portokaliá Cottage House is located in our Valaí Organic Farm in Kala Nera, Pelion. Our home is situated 400 m from the beach in Kala Nera, where you will find cafes, restaurants and beach bars. Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

A stone-built house near the center of Milies, with two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and all the amenities a family could need on vacations. It features a parking lot for 2+ cars, a spacious veranda which is shaded by a big walnut tree and offers a great view towards the Pagasitikos gulf. The house is inside a fully fenced 1600m2 plot of land with trees and herbs. It is 15 meters above the main road and a quick 5 minutes walk from the village square.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
