We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, situated in a peaceful hillside location, overlooking Boka Bay, open sea and the mountains. Pool swimming is comfortable May - end of October. A lovely holiday hideaway.

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
