Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Cosy terraced house close to lakes, woods and creeks and only 15 km. from Copenhagen centre. Good for families with children seeking both the city and north of Zealand, but also the calmness of nature and to have a place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. We are a family consisting of artists, therefor our home is not the most modern and perfect you can find, but our hope is you will find it full of a cosy atmosphere with lost of heartspace. Tæt på København lige ud til skoven. 5 min til tog

Bo lige ud til Geels skov men samtidig i kort gåsfstand til Virum station så du nemt og hurtigt kan besøge københavn på 15 min. Smuk rummelig muremestervilla med masser af plads, natur, lys og luft. Centralt i det naturskønne Brede der også har vibrerende kulturliv med det ikoniske Brede spisehus og cafe Høkerende der byder på mange kulturindslag og godt bagværk. Lige ved mange perler som Frilandsmuseet, mølleåen og Lyngby indenfor 5 min på cykel.

You have your own kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a loft with a double bed, and a sofa bed on the ground floor that can be converted into another double bed with room for two. There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

You have your own apartment on first floor in our beautiful countryhome. The apartment has two bedrooms and a dining room. 2 bathrooms and an eat-in kitchen. Private access to a wonderful big terrace overlooking our private garden. There is no access for guests to our private garden and pool. One bathroom is in connection with one of the bedrooms, the other bathroom is in the hall next to the eat- in kitchen. No television.

Hyggelig lejlighed i rolige omgivelser.

Værelse med dobbeltseng, to lænestole og lille bord, bænk og skab. Mindre værelse med 1 1/2 mands seng, skrivebord, stol og reol. Hertil køkken og bad. Brusenischen er placeret i hjørnet af køkken, bag et forhæng. Ligger i et roligt kvarter tæt på offentlig transport og indkøb. Der er 5. min gang fra Virum Station til mit hus og ca 20 med tog til København. Tæt på Virum Park, Furesøen, Mølleåen, Lyngbys pulserende liv, skoven osv.
