It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Blenheim Beach Studio is a cosy retreat directly opposite the tall trees of Jervis Bay’s lovely Blenheim Beach. Our refurbished downstairs is now a fresh, new guest suite with a bedroom, breakfast/dining area and separate bathroom. The sleeping space faces east and has a king-sized bed, superior mattress and quality linen; up three steps to a cosy breakfast/dining space and bathroom. The breakfast bar has a coffee machine, selection of teas, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

Only 150 metres to Orion Beach and 800 metres to shops & restaurants. Shared pedestrian & bicycle pathway, connecting Vincentia & Huskisson, around the Jervis Bay foreshore right at your door step. Lovely walking paths, through national parks, connecting many nearby beaches, including the white sands of Hyams Beach.

We are "up the hill" Closest beaches are Nelson, Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches - a 2 minute drive.
