The Cottage on Parker Point

There isn’t anything shabby about this shabby chic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage! There is a full kitchen along with a microwave and coffee maker. All linens and towels are included. A large wall mounted TV and Sirius XM in the cottage. Also a back deck for morning coffee and relaxation! Located in the heart of Blue Hill village. Walking distance to Art gallery’s, coffee shops,Blue Hill Library, Blue Hill book store, fine dining and the town park! Also, Kneisel Hall is just a short ride where you can hear beautiful Chamber music! Take a day hike or a quick hike through Parker point trail to the local grocery store, go kayaking on Blue Hill bay or take a drive to Acadia National Park for the day. This is the perfect spot to experience Down East Maine, the way life should be! Nearby towns include Stonington, Deer Isle,Ellsworth,Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park,Castine, Camden, Brooklin Belfast, as well as many other quintessential coastal towns! Nestled in the quiet side of the Mount Desert Island woods just a short walk to Bass Harbor and the closest lodging to Bass Harbor Head Light and the Ship Harbor and Wonderland hiking trails in beautiful Acadia National Park are the Lighthouse Cabins. Welcome to Lamoine Thuya Cottage! Named after the beautiful trees located right outside the cottage, this cozy, quiet, secluded property is only 20 miles from Acadia National Park, about a 30-minute drive. You're accessible to Mount Desert Island, yet away from the hustle and bustle of town. A few minutes walk to the gorgeous Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park, and a quick drive to Marlborough Beach and Blunts Pond (an amazing local swimming hole!). Breakfast supplies and coffee provided!

"Boho Bungalow" Studio Island Guest Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this cozy cottage. Centrally located on Islesboro, the "Boho Bungalow" provides easy access to everything the island has to offer. Walk to nearby beaches, tennis courts, or the Historical Society, which hosts art shows, lectures, and other events. The studio sleeps two on a full-size futon sofa, and features a kitchenette, spacious bathroom, and outdoor dining area. Eco-minded host supplies line-dried linens, organic coffee, and plant-based breakfast items.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

The Nest - Cozy En-suite 2 Bed/2 Bath

The cabin is tucked into the woods providing opportunities for all day wildlife and bird watching. It feels secluded but is minutes away from Belfast, Lincolnville and Camden. We are a little over an hour to Acadia National Park and two hours from Baxter State Park (Mount Katahdin highest mountain in Maine). The cabin is extremely cozy and has well supplied kitchen. There are several outside seating areas with fire pits and a screen porch for a”morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

This quintessential Island New Englander is ready to welcome you. Well stocked with toys and equipment for hours of fun. Dog friendly too! Sit on the front porch and enjoy the well groomed perennial gardens, relax while cooking out on the large back deck, explore the beaches, eat fresh lobster, gaze at the stars, enjoy and decompress 23 miles out to sea. Must travel to island by air or sea; travel fees not included in reservation. Once your visit has concluded you'll say "Isle" Be Back!

Osprey Cottage

Osprey Cottage is located on Naskeag Point in Brooklin, Maine within easy walking distance to the Wooden Boat School and 2 miles from the town center where one finds a post office, general store, library, gift shops, two restaurants and art/craft studios. The house is surrounded by lawns and perennial beds, woods on the east side, with the front facing west with beautiful views of the sunset. Naskeag Harbor, a popular public beach and small boat launch site, is one mile away.

The Barnacle in Mid-Coast Maine

The Barnacle is a converted 1800's barn that is our guest house. It's rustic, cozy, and only 50 yards from the water and Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park. It's a perfect location to explore Mid-Coast Maine! Amenities: Breakfast items, beverages, coffee, tandem & single kayak, 2 bikes, pool table, dart board, games & movies! NOTE: The barn isn't insulated therefore it's IMPOSSIBLE to be spotless. Dust or bugs WILL appear.

Meadow Point Cottage

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
