Build your own private fire for the perfect outdoor evening—the adventure of camping with the comfort of glamping. Spacious for one, cuddly for two.

The Cottage is in Kountze at Angel Gardens Wedding Venue. BIRDS, great for bird watching. It’s 8 beautiful acres, trails with a gazebo and pond. You will have privacy because we don’t book the Cottage and Wedding at the same time.. Plenty free parking . Comes with one double bed, couch and chair, cabinets with sink and some dishes. Also microwave and fridge and TV with WiFi and spectrum. One mile from town with several fast food restaurants. 10 miles from the Big Thicket National Preserve.

Relax while swinging on the porch and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning (or wine at night:) Take a hike in the Big Thicket National Preserve, or go canoeing or kayaking down the famous Village Creek (ask us how!) The Big Thicket National Preserve is about 7 miles away. It is fully furnished, all bills paid. The unit has been recently fully updated with brand new appliances.

Come and stay at our peaceful lakeside cabin. Grill on your own patio and sit by the lake on your own pier. The house is stocked with pots, pans, and other utensils. We will provide you with the necessities to make your own breakfast at your own pace. Items provided will be milk, cereal, and pancake mix.
