The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. You can enjoy the enclosed front porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. We have a full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen .

This home is situated on the river, offering a private setting with quick access to other amenities. It’s only 5 miles to I70, 3 miles to Indiana State University, 7 miles to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and 6 miles to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. It’s also just half a mile away from The Landing. The home features a full kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
