Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Optus Stadium & Crown Casino, Vic Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin Uni, Perth City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Located in Victoria Park this cottage is nestled between two of the Park's well known Streets. Conveniently located near to the thriving cafe and restaurant culture along the main street Albany Highway as well as the Causeway Precinct. Other attractions nearby include South Perth Swan River Foreshore, Boorloo Bridge, Madgagarup Bridge, Perth's Crown Casino, Optus Stadium, City of Perth, WACA Cricket Ground, Perth Zoo and also near to Curtin University.

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
