The Backwater Rhapsody is a private villa on the banks of Vembanad lake with expansive views of the lake and Pathiramanal Island. We have two types of rooms; 4 Standard Rooms & 1 Suite Room with king bed (All air conditioned) An idyllic oasis where guests can relax in the common garden or sit outs and enjoy the waterfront with their families away from the bustle of their busy schedules. The property is about 250 Meters away from the ‘Kayipuram’ boat Jetty about 15 mins from Alappuzha town.

If the lone bathroom is insufficient, feel free to use the ground floor bath room. Explore all the nearby sights on foot as they are just a stroll away. We don't live here but just a quick 15-minute call away.

This Enclave is close on this Vembanad lake. Cozy cottages are built amidst the majestic trees like nutmeg, cloves, coconut trees, jack trees, bread fruit trees, Arecanut, Cocoa etc. The Cottages are thatched with braided coconut palm leaves to obtain a natural cooling effect. The interior is uniquely fashioned. As the walls of the cottages are built with palm tree planks the rooms are never hot. The Cottage is suitable for a family having attached bathroom with all essential interiors.

I am also a chef so if you so desire, I can cook for you during your stay. I am skilled in south indian food as well as international cuisine. You can enjoy fresh seafood or vegetarian. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are freshly prepared (at an extra cost).
