Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Im selben Haus gibt es 2 weitere Apartments, die man eventuell auf Anfrage dazu buchen kann. Nötige Infrastrukturen wie Supermärkte, Bankomat oder Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Zum Preis der Übernachtung wird eine Kurtaxe von 1,50€/Person/Nacht berechnet.
