Designed around generous open-plan living, the house enjoys beautiful views from the stoep and pool deck, looking downhill over the whitewashed houses of Paternoster below you and into the distance across the bay towards Groot Paternoster. The open-plan kitchen and lounge bleed into a wonderful outdoor space for long, relaxed West Coast days and evenings.

SeaSkies

Nestled on Shelley Point's beach is this beautiful self-catering home. This house is on the beach and can accommodate 8 people. For the kids there is a 4th bedroom with a bunker bed. The bedrooms and pool table/fooze ball are downstairs. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the same level. There is a build in braai on the balcony. Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.

This luxurious beach house is within the Shelley Point Security Estate. The house is located right on the beach with unobstructed sea views. The Estate boasts beautiful beaches and a golf course. A 15 minute drive from well-known “foodie town” Paternoster with award winning restaurants. North-facing the house is entirely sheltered from the wind. Each bedroom has ocean views and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa has an indoor swimming pool and steam room.
