The apartment, brand new and tastefully furnished in a modern style, is part of a multifamily villa with a garden and spacious private parking. Just 25 minutes from Rome, it offers a double bedroom with parquet floor, a large bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a 50” TV and chaise longue sofa. A cozy place where you’ll truly feel at home.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Zona storica di vitigni doc, gastronomia e vie sacre agli antichi romani. Un alloggio creato con amore, autonomo, accessoriato, dove rilassarsi e dedicarsi ad escursioni culturali/sportive. Due giardini: uno segreto tra mura antiche e uno visibile dove godersi un calice di vino. Cambio asciugamani ogni 3 giorni. Parcheggio esterno su strada.
