The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

This is Our Chalet situated on the Hoburne Holiday Park, Cotswolds. Its a two bedroom wooden structured unit, insulated and heated with lounge / diner and separate bathroom. It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. It’s set within the Cotswold Water Parks where there is an abundance of things to do for everyone. * Please see notes in The Space about temporary refurbishments Nov 23 - May 24. Located within the family (and pet) friendly Lower Mill Estate on the River Thames, The Plovers offers guests a spacious 3 bedroom property with a large private garden. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
