The Chalet at Valdez KOA Campground

Welcome to our veteran family owned and operated KOA campground! We love this place and hope you will too. Started by our parents, we are continuing to make improvements. Our Chalet is a 2 Story charming house located at the Valdez KOA Campground. Complete with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and 2 decks. The King Suite has a walk-in closet and bathroom, plus a balcony for your early morning coffee with mountain views. The Queen size bedroom, also upstairs, has a separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

Whistler House - Modern Living Remote & Connected

Vibrant sunsets, abundant wildlife, and towering mountains comprise the unique Alaskan setting at Geeks in Valdez. At our property, you need not sacrifice comfort to experience the wilderness of Alaska. The property features three modern 400 sq ft houses complete with covered decks, fully functioning kitchens, full bathroom, and queen beds. Located at mile post 6 - 10 miles from downtown. This house is positioned with view over Robe Lake and surrounded with incredible Chugach Mountains views.

Sugarloaf Retreat

Peace, quiet, and comfort at cul-de-sac’s end are waiting for you at the Sugarloaf Retreat! Enjoy morning coffee soaking in the mountain view’s and serenity of the last frontier. Home sits adjacent to city park strip. Downtown district and small boat harbor are within walking distance. Whether a day of fishing, hiking local trails, taking a scenic drive up the road, or checking out the local eateries/brewery scene, let the Sugarloaf Retreat be your home away from home in beautiful Valdez, Ak!

Valdez Fish Camp

The name says it all. Our Valdez Fish Camp is set up to sleep a full boat booking of up to 6 people. This modular home has a rustic exterior with a clean and cozy interior, is laid out perfectly and nicely finished inside for your visit . Guys, gals, kids, we have the space set up to sleep a maximum of 6 single people. A short 3 mi drive from the house and you'll be in Valdez, but will enjoy the mountain views and quiet neighborhood location. We do not host or allow pets at our property.

Valdez Robe River and Mountain Front property

Relax and unwind at this serene and thoughtfully appointed retreat. Recently refreshed with new paint and decor, this private mother-in-law suite is attached to the back of our home. The space features a cozy loft with a queen-sized bed, a comfortable futon in the living area, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette for light cooking. Nestled along Robe river and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, this peaceful getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

Alpine Woods Chalet House

Take it easy at this unique Alpine Woods Chalet House. Relax on the deck or by a fire looking at the mountain side listening to the creek bubble on by. The “Old Camp comfort” where the pioneers during the gold rush would stay in the area to rest and feed horses before moving north through keystone canyon to “hidenview” now 19 mile. The house is Located 13 miles from town and 15 minutes from Thompson’s Pass. There is Room to park your boat for fishing 🎣 or snow machine trailer.

Comfy & Cozy @ Casa de Ledsome

Escape to our peaceful home with a cozy private bedroom that offers a king-size bed, a desk for work or relaxation, and is located along the bike path with stunning mountain views, our home backs onto public land, offering a tranquil setting for your stay. Stay connected with fiber WiFi, and enjoy access to our fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and even our home gym located in the shop on the property. Please note, we have three dogs, this is NOT a pet-friendly space.

The Shabbin Playhouse at Alpine Woods 10 mile

Break out the winter gear! Your stay at he Shabbin is a private room that has everything you will need in it. Entry passcode lock. 1 Queen bed & pillows. Clean bedding & bath towels provided. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Easy walkability to all Valdez has to offer. Full kitchen, two bathrooms and a full laundry room will make your vacation stress free and easy. We have parking on the left side of the driveway. Special note: We are offering our property at a discounted rate for the month of July as we will be having the siding replaced on the home.

The Gathering House

Four bedrooms, one with a king bed, en suite and hot tub. The main attraction is the living room: vaulted wood ceilings, disco ball, enough seating for your whole group to actually be in the same room at once, ready to share stories of your adventures. Located in downtown Valdez, walking distance to everything. You're here to stage adventures; this is the staging area.
