Hummingbird House Utila

Hummingbird House is a beautiful 2 bedroom home on Utila. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi, and a full kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance, both with a Queen Bed, full bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Sheshitas Casita Utila

A wooden little house, with one bathroom, two bedrooms with one double bed, a fan, a living room with table, chairs, kitchenette with basic utensils ( table stove, fridge, etc ), wifi and AC. ( there´s no hot water). The walking distances from the house to the ferry station is 20 minutes, and to the beach Chepas is 5 minutes. Located one minute walking distance off the main road trough a 4 feet wide road, in a secluded area without traffic, and the neighbours are mostly locals.

Upper Lagoon House.

Newly renovated upscale home located at the end of main street at the upper lagoon bridge. Fully insulated, fully airconditioned and energy efficient. Built to USA building code. Short walk to popular dive centers, restaurants, bars and Bando Beach. Off grid solar powered. Two spacious porches. Private water supply. Fenced and gated for privacy. Lined with mangroves on the lagoon side. Spacious yard with colorful landscaping. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the house.

Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Casa Mar Azul (House on Blue Sea)

Casa Mar Azul is a two bedroom, single bath waterfront apartment that can comfortably sleep up to 4 Adults! One of the bedrooms contains a Queen Sized Bed, while the other contains 2 Doubles. This is a perfect configuration when it turns out that you unexpectedly have additional friends joining you for your vacation on Utila, which in our experience, happens pretty frequently. The Power Allowance at Casa Mar Azul is a generous 45 kilowatts per day
