Suite 11 | Historic Art City Inn

One of the Art City Inn's most popular suites, this one has it all! Fantastic space with the classic blend of mid-century modern furniture and decor with the historic touches that can only come from a property built in 1892. Suite 4 | Historic Art City Inn

Charming room 4 features a luxurious queen-sized bed nestled in cozy alcove. The bathroom, part of the original brick hotel block, has soaring 10-foot ceilings and a cheery window. Vintage floral wallpaper completes the look. The space includes a coffee maker, Roku TV, writing desk, fridge, and microwave. A light breakfast is provided in the lobby office. Art City Inn was originally built in 1892 Moses and Anna Kearns Johnson. Moses was a prominent actor and son of the founder of Springville.

Suite 2 is "Annie's Room," where the original owner Annie Johnston Kearns stayed--she ran the hotel while her actor husband, Mose, traveled. The suite's crown jewel is its hand-painted floral wallpaper; you'll also appreciate the east- and south-facing windows and the darling vintage furniture. The suite includes a king-size bed, full-size sofa bed, kitchenette (with microwave, toaster, fridge, and coffee maker), and a dining table and chairs. A light breakfast and hot tub are also included.
