Sie grenzt an das Wohnhaus, das wir als Familie mit Kindern auf einem alten Dreiseitenhof bewohnen. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, viel Natur und du kannst in alle Richtungen mit Rad oder PKW schöne Ausflüge machen: Ostsee, Inseln, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Neben einem alten Pfarrhaus haben wir ein kleines Nebengelass individuell für uns, für Freunde und Gäste ausgebaut. Manches ist modern, anderes hat noch den Charme vergangener Zeiten. Vieles erscheint uns stimmig, einiges ist noch im Werden. Nix ist also Standard. Was noch nicht von uns bedacht und für Gäste sinnvoll ist, kann meist schnell ergänzt werden. Das Häuschen ist umgeben von einem naturbelassenen Garten an der Ackerkante, liegt also in einem kleinen, landwirtschaftlich aktiven Dorf.

3. FERIENHAUS an der dänischen Wieck

Die einstige Tagelöhnerkate wurde 2019 liebevoll renoviert. Der alte und gemütliche Charakter des Hauses konnte dabei erhalten bleiben und so besticht dieses Objekt durch sein Fachwerk, die zum großen Teil erhaltenen Backsteine und sein Reetdach. Das Haus bietet idealerweise Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Eine Aufbettung für bis zu 2 weitere Personen im Wohnzimmer ist möglich. Wem das nicht reicht, der kann für Freunde und Familie die Nachbarhäuser (4 Erw. + 2 Kinder & 2 Erw. + Hund) hinzu buchen.

Entspannung in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Nach einem Tag am Strand, einer Radtour oder einem Spaziergang durch das Mönchgut, dem wohl schönsten Teil der Insel Rügen, werden Sie sich auf das Zurückkommen in dieses Apartment freuen. Im umbebauten alten Schweinestall gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer inklusive Küche und großem Wohnbereich. Neben 100 Milchkühen gibt es auch Katzen, Hühner, Alpakas und Kaninchen auf dem Hof. Außerdem gibt es viele Traktoren und Maschinen zu bestaunen. Ein Ausflug ins nur 10 km entfernte Stettin bietet sich an.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay.
