Our 2BR duplex in Downtown Urbana with 1GB Wifi is newly remodeled + perfect for families, couples, and long-term travelers looking to be nearby the heart of it all with a Superhost at hand. Large backyard with a firepit, too! Conveniently located blocks from downtown Urbana, it's a cozy and convenient spot when visiting the University of Illinois, tailgating, checking out a festival, or just having some time away. We're a 5-minute walk from downtown + an 8-minute drive to UIUC's campus.

Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

Enjoy this cozy stay with a bus stop at your door, connecting you everywhere + 4 mins walk to Campus, Carle, Parks, Grocery Stores & Downtown. Privacy: Your group has the entire stand-alone 2nd-floor unit. The entrance is shared only with downstairs tenants. Sleeping: 2 Bedrooms + 1 flexible living room (easily converts to a 3rd bedroom). Amenities: 1 Full Bath, Full Kitchen, Office, and Free Parking. Fun: Board game library! 75in TV in living room & large TVs in each bedroom.

There is a king bed in master and queen bed in the guest room with extra pillows/blankets and the bathrooms are well stock.
