Pool House On The Lake

The Pool House on the lake has several great features and is more the just a lake house. The house sets on a 5 acres wooded lot with a private gated drive. The 1950s home has the original bathrooms and kitchen but has been updated with great wifi ( for work or school) and new HD TVs through out. The view to the lake is one of a kind with its own private sandy beach and fire pit. No matter what the weather is there's something to do because this house also has a heated indoor pool(all year long).

Marjory’s Cottage-Charming Historic Home-Wabash IN

Established in January 2025, Marjory’s Cottage House honors the rich heritage and enduring spirit of the home originally built in 1951 by Floyd L. Erdahl. Located on Vernon Street, the house was constructed from a Gamble Store Home Construction Kit at a cost of just $5,000—a testament to postwar ingenuity and craftsmanship. 1 King bed on the main floor; 1 day bed with trundle on the main floor; 3 bedrooms on the lower level have a queen bed as well as a twin bed in each of the 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms on the lower level have 1 queen bed in both rooms; the last bedroom on the lower level has 2 queen beds...giving you a total of 13 beds.There are 2 bathrooms with showers; 1 bathroom with a shower/tub and 2 powder rooms. All bed linens/bath linens are provided; fully stocked kitchen; paper products & soaps provided.
