In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

Nygård

Välkommen till Nygård, en vackert belägen herrgård ombyggd till hotell, där historisk charm möter modern bekvämlighet. Beläget i pittoreska Älvkarleö, bara 17 km från Furuviksparken, erbjuder vi en avkopplande vistelse i en naturskön miljö med många möjligheter för fiske. Njut av den vackra trädgården och den fridfulla omgivningen, perfekt för promenader och avkoppling. En allmän badplats ligger precis intill hotellet, och det finns flera fina vandringsleder i det närliggande skogsområdet.

Familjelägenhet (Loft)

Part-Time Home Täby erbjuder boende 17 minuters promenad från Skavlöten och 16 km från Bogesund slott. Boendet är utrustat med en platt-tv, ett eget badrum med dusch samt ett kök med allt ni behöver. Restaurangen på Part-Time Home Täby specialiserar sig på italienska rätter, lokala rätter och internationella rätter. Boendet har en solterrass. Friends Arena ligger 18 km från hotellet, medan Stureplan ligger 20 km från hotellet. Flygplatsen (Stockholm Bromma flygplats) ligger 23 km bort.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

Allt du kan tänkas vilja utforska finns direkt utanför dörren på detta ställe. Letar du ett bekvämt, prisvärt boende på hotell i härliga trivsamma rum i centrala Uppsala så har du hittat rätt. Läget i Uppsala är perfekt för de flesta, parkering på gatan eller inne på gården. Vi erbjuder själv-incheckning för gästerna. Detta har visat sig väldigt uppskattat och något vi fortsatt med. Private Double Room with Shared Bathroom

This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.

Studio with loft: 2 adults

This loft studio is located in a hotel that looks like a large villa, in a quiet residential area. The bus that runs right outside takes you to the commuter train in 5 minutes. If you have a car, you are in the City in 15 minutes. At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.

Penthouse Studio; 2 adults + 2 children

This studio is located in a hotel that looks like a large villa, in a quiet residential area. The bus that runs right outside takes you to the commuter train in 5 minutes. If you have a car, you are in the City in 15 minutes. At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.

Our deluxe hotel apartment room is located in a modern apartment building in peaceful Upplands Väsby. Stockholm city center and Arlanda airport are within a 15 minute car drive. Den här loft-studion ligger i ett hotell som ser ut som en stor villa, i ett lugnt villaområde. Bussen som går precis utanför tar dig till pendeltåget på 5 minuter. Har du bil är du inne i City på 15 min. Samtidigt har du lugn och ro hos oss med nära till naturen och när våren/sommaren kommer har du tillgång till uteplats med grill och matplatser ute i trädgården.

Twin Studio apartment

These studio apartments were built in 2019 and have all you need for a comfortable stay. As well as two comfortable twin beds there is a kitchen is equipped with a variety of cooking tools and utensils, freezer, fridge, and microwave as well as a dining table for two. The apartment is bright and tastefully decorated and has a fully tiled bathroom.
