Moosu Guest House is a railroad style cabin designed for two people with 12 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom for a superb stargazing experience. The private, unshared outdoor spa features a salt water cedar hot tub and barrel sauna. Turkish spa towels and linen robes are provided to complete the spa experience. The sun-drenched deck faces a gorgeous ponderosa pine, and is a few steps away from an active game trail. We share this beautiful seven acre property with elk, deer, rabbits, a friendly neighbourhood fox, two ravens, and countless wild turkeys who enjoy eating Gabriela’s rye and buckwheat flowers.

Morning Mountain Air - All Season Destination

Unplug and unwind in our cozy Mountain Air Cabin. Our 2BR (2Q 1 bunk for kid) fully stocked cabin is all yours to enjoy in a private forest setting. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Games, library, huge DVD selection, and internet. Covered patio with furniture, BBQ and outdoor fire pit. Explore all Nelson has to offer in a short 10 min drive. 30 min to the epic White Water Ski Resort. 20 min to Castlegar Airport. Our property borders Morning Mountain hiking/biking trails.

The Grizzly Cabin

This rustic off grid cabin is the perfect place to rest, relax and get away from everything for a while. With Rendell Creek right at the doorstep you can fish, go for a dip, or take a walk in the forest that surrounds the cabin. Please note that is cabin is off grid. We do have electricity available via a small generator if required. Otherwise, lighting comes from candles and lanterns. Heating is from the wood stove and water must be carried from a faucet about 200 Meters away.

4Mile Ski Cabin - Discounts 3 nights or more.

Experience Whitewater Ski Resort's expanded terrain in Goatslide this season. This creekfront ski cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. A 1 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the picturesque shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Perfect for Kootenay adventures or remote workers (fibre optic internet 1000 Mbps). Additional $50/night for a 3rd guest. Sorry, no pets.

Cozy cabin in quiet meadow

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a hobby farm. A tiny cabin that has a luxurious queen bed as well as 2 twin beds in the loft (access is by ladder.) In an adjoining cabin are the kitchen with stove and fridge, and a complete bathroom with a composting toilet and hot shower. Although the cabin sleeps 4, it is much better suited for 2. Enjoy the outdoors and the tranquility of nature. When fires are permitted, use the fire pit to relax and unwind.
