Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Diese urige Almhütte liegt auf einer kleinen Lichtung mitten im Wald in Alleinlage. Die Hütte bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist fließend Wasser und auch Warmwasser vorhanden. Es gibt Strom auf der Hütte der durch eine PV-Anlage erzeugt und gespeichert wird. (hier muss sparsam mit der vorhandenen Energie umgegangen werden) Wer eine abenteuerliche und naturverbundene Unterkunft sucht wird hier seine Freude haben.
