The Byre at Butterywells Farm is a converted byre located next to our farmhouse, which dates back over two hundred years. The Byre is a fully equipped self catering holiday cottage with many original features. The Byre is wheelchair accessible with its own parking area. Set in 2 acres of mature gardens containing walks, secluded seating areas and a small lochan. Experience country living whilst only being a 15 min drive from the centre of Aberdeen. Not just dogs are welcome but horses too.

One of the larger chalets in the park, featuring 2 bathrooms, central heating and partial accessibility for guests with limited mobility. Large decking area overlooking the river. In a secluded wooded valley with private fishing lakes and river, the Park has a shop, open air pool, bar and cafe. Fishing licences available. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, as well as families.

The CowByre Level access throughout. Sleeps up to 5 guests, 1 double room (Kingsized bed), 1 triple - a bunk and a single bed. The cottage has a walk in wet room. The kitchen offers a slimline dishwasher, hob, oven, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, toaster and microwave. The accommodation has underfloor heating throughout. Outside the cottage has a patio seating area, accessible ramp, fire pit. We have an onsite laundry which guests can use.
