As of 7 Dec 2019, the master and the second bedroom contain new queen-sized beds. (There is no longer a sleeper couch in the second bedroom.) Outdoors, although SF is famous for fog, Noe Valley is one of our sunniest neighborhoods; chances are good that you'll be able to lounge in our enclosed yard most of the year. The entire floor (six rooms; private entrance) is yours. We'll be available to offer help if needed. Have breakfast in the nearby neighborhood cafe before walking 10 to 15 minutes to reach galleries, boutiques, and a cinema. Nightlife and restaurants are also close. Explore further via the public transportation hubs in Noe Valley and The Castro. Very easy access to public transportation. Bus stops at our corner. Five minute ride or 10-15 minute walk to transportation hubs. One dedicated street parking space.

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.
