This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Welcome to The Darbonne Ranch House! Only a half mile from the Jake’s Landing boat ramp, come stake out the best fishing spot and relax with your crew. Grab a bite to eat at Rhett’s Seafood Restaurant 2 miles from the house. Enjoy playing poker and have a great vacation get-away at our spacious newly-renovated home! We have 3 king size beds and 3 bunk beds to comfortably host 12 guests. There’s plenty of parking so bring your friends and park your boats here!

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.

Our home offers 2 bedroom (queen beds), convertible chair that makes into a twin, and oversized couch for extra sleeping arrangements. Full size kitchen with all the kitchen essentials! 1.5 bathrooms. Screened in back patio & open back patio. Pet friendly with pre approval required, $100 pet deposit per pet. Pet deposit is refundable as long as no damages incurred during guest stay.

You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
