Located on a paved road, it is only two miles from Canadohta Lake, PA, a family vacation resort for generations featuring fishing, pontoon boat/kayak rentals, swimming, miniature golf, roller skating and many other fun-filled family activities. Enjoy the forest view where it’s likely you'll see wild deer or turkey. Build a fire in the fire pit, have a stargazing soak in the hot tub, enjoy the freedom of an outdoor shower (available May 1- Oct 25), or relax on the hammock deck. You’ll have everything you need for the perfect getaway. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave.

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Cozy country space near Meadville & Allegheny Col.

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

Minutes from public boat launches, and the breathtaking sunsets that Lake Erie has to offer. Wineries galore are just a few miles away. Lots of amenities within minutes, grocery stores, fast food, bowling, and more. This apartment is on the 2nd floor and sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms, eat in kitchen and updated bathroom.

Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿

Beautifully cozy cottage just a few steps away from charming Lake Edinboro. Just 1.7 miles to Edinboro University and 30 minutes from Downtown Erie or Presque Isle State Park. Experience boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing on Lake Edinboro and the best Steelhead fishing in the fall and Spring on our local streams just minutes away. Enjoy the winter months at Mt. Pleasant ski resort, ice fishing or cross country skiing with many trail at our area parks.

Our vintage cottage in a lakeside community is a great place to relax. Just 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake and one mile from downtown Edinboro. In the summer, enjoy boating, fishing, park/playgrounds nearby. In the winter, there is skiing, ice fishing or just curl up near the fire and enjoy the coziness of the cottage while watching the snow fall!
