Sitting on our 200 acre estate this authentic barn offers our guests a chance to relax in the beautiful rolling hills of Vermont. Access the vast majority of our historic Stowe area land -- from our apple orchards to our extensive walking paths in fields and woodland. We hope that you can experience such fun and quiet time in our cozy, western-style bunk room. Located only a 10 minute drive from downtown Stowe.

Ten Springs Farm offers easy access to some of Vermont's finest ski areas (Stowe and Jay Peak each 1 hour away, Smugglers Notch and Bolton Valley each 1/2 hour away) and hiking, biking, sledding and groomed cross-country skiing. Located at the base of Mt Mansfield it is a newly renovated 1840's Vermont farmhouse. Surrounded by open fields and beautiful mountain views, it is close to many recreational, cultural and culinary activities. Burlington and Lake Champlain are less than an hour away.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Please note that in the winter months the notch Road is closed and you will have to drive around the mountain to Stowe. It is about a 50 min drive.

By the Brewster - 3 Mins to Smugglers Ski Mtns, Do

By The Brewster Chalet offers a great view of the Brewster river. It has two bedrooms, a workstation area and a well-equipped kitchen. Close access from the main road, yet feels private and offers a secluded backyard. In winter (date varies depending on weather and temperature) the direct route over the mountain between the chalet and Stowe is closed, the drive around is approx. 50 minutes.
