Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Hof Neuhaus, perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Die 82m² große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Bauernhof und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Gäste. Die Wohnung besitzt ein äußerst geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit viel Holz . Neben der großen Küche hat die Ferienwohnung noch ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz mit einem angrenzenden, renovierten Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer kann ein zweites Doppelbett aufgebaut werden. Es steht Ihnen eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Dolomiten

Im neuen Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, befindet sich die moderne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit großer Wohnküche im obersten Stock. Die Kücheninsel ist mit bequemen Barstühlen ausgestattet, die man als Arbeits-Ess- und Spieletisch nutzen kann. Der Boraherd ist für Hobbyköche eine schöne Ergänzung. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit Schrank und Doppelbett (160x200m) normal ausgestattet. Zum besseren Schlaf haben wir die Emma Matratze gewählt. Modernes Bad. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.
