Designed to feel warm in dark winters and full of light in sunny summers, the space has art, books, vintage furniture, plants, and big windows. Ideal for one or two guests seeking a quiet, inspiring retreat. Be prepared for a 30-min walk from the city centre — not very central by Tartu standards. However, bus stops are near and I have 2 old bikes. This is my part-time home, happily shared when I’m away.

Mõnus oma rõduga korter linnakärast veidi eemal, kuid Lõunakeskus ja Selver on vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hea bussiühendus linnaga. Korteri lähedal väike metsatukk, kus saab ka natuke linnulaulu nautida ja jalutada. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

Apartment is in a region where everything is in the walking distance - The old town of Tartu, Toome hill, Museum of town, Science Center AHHAA (kids just love it), V-spa spa. There are numerous places to eat in old town which is just 700m away and local bakery across the street. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, coffee and tea icluded. City bicycle rental is around the corner.

My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Apartment with sauna close to city center. 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Hall Square. 5 minutes from railway station. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

We offer a small apartment in the very centre of Tartu with all main sights and shopping in short walking distance away, closest mall Kvartal is only 100m away. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.
