Characteristic Albanian-style guest apartment situated on the shores of the breathtaking Shkodra-lake national park. Situated just 6 km from the vibrant city Shkodra, 15 km from the Montenegrin border, 30 km from the Velipoja beach it is perfect base for trips to the Albanian Alps (Theth, Valbona, Koman). The guest apartment has its own entrance, two floors, a private terrace and access to the (not heated) swimming pool (shared) and the garden (shared). An excellent place to enjoy and relax.

Unser WLAN-freies Gästehaus befindet sich in Ratac (zwischen Bar und Sutomore) am Berghang, etwa 700 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Es besteht aus 3 Doppelzimmern und einem Einzelzimmer sowie einem Ess- und Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche. Hier können Menschen innere Ruhe und Kraft finden. Falls Interesse besteht kann unser Seminarraum gemietet werden. Bei Bedarf kann in das Einzelzimmer ein 2. Bett gestellt werden. Es gibt zwei Sonnenterrassen mit wunderbarem Meerblick und einen kleinen Swimmingpool.
