Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Perched amongst the rolling hills of Illowa, The Cutting is a stone's throw from the famous Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve. It's not uncommon to find a koala dozing in the tree or a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
