This 2300 sq foot (BRICK) farm house is seated on 30+ acres with livestock, barn, pond/lake(over an acre, stocked with fish, a dock, two boats), trails, and a fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food!). The house was built in 1998 with all modern features like dual Ac units, walk in shower, hardwood floors, and full laundry facilities. Use this home as your own personal farm for vacation. Custom details include ship-lap ceilings downstairs, cedar-lined bathrooms and cypress window trim, all milled and installed by our family. Rebar spindles add a modern twist to the stairway. The cabin is in a private, wooded clearing away from the road but less than ten minute drive to Tylertown. Come experience the tranquility in this secluded spot!
