Tropical gardens, large fenced yard, separate driveway. Fully air-conditioned. Bedroom has very comfy Queen bed. Double Sofa Bed in lounge and extra beds avail on request. Ceiling fans, screened with large dog door. Electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ, fridge, toaster, jug, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, free WIFI, Netflix, Stan.

Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away.
