This duplex villa with Infinity pool (running edge) with heating is inviting you to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. Fully air-conditioned property with video surveillance. Villa offers accommodation for 6 persons in spacious bedrooms. All the rooms in the villa have a beautiful view of the sea and islands.

Maximum privacy but still close enough (1,5km) to all local attractions like beaches, bars and restaurants.

All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

Our semi-detached holiday house is located on a hilly terrain, so from here there is a beautiful sea view. It is simply furnished, and on two floors connected by internal stairs there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room (the lowest height in the attic is 120 cm). On the large terrace you can enjoy the air and the sea view. The road to the beautiful pebble beaches is slightly steep. In the nearby cities of Split and Omis you can enjoy.
