We recently updated with new kitchen cabinets and countertops and a vanity in the guest bathroom. We also replaced the floating dock and ramp. During the day enjoy the fenced in backyard, sit out on a hammock chair, or enjoy some time on the bay and take out a SUP (stand up paddle-board) or a kayak (both provided). New kitchen appliances help you to enjoy breakfast on the deck or in the panoramic sunroom looking out over the lagoon. Stay in and fire up the BBQ for some fresh local seafood.

This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.
