"Bybee's Nest 2", a basement apartment of our home, can be your "home-away-from- home" as you experience the majesty and beauty of Bryce Canyon National Park and other nearby wonders. It's located at the base of Bryce Canyon in the small town of Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

The Canyons are calling! Come and enjoy the grandeur of Bryce Canyon Country. Bryce Canyon Homestead was built in 2023 with you in mind. This 2500 Sq Ft home sleeps eight. It features a modern kitchen, family room, dining room, loft, three bedrooms (two queens/one king) each with a private bath, sitting area, and Smart TV. The loft area has a queen size sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Walking distance to town park, restaurants, and grocery stores. On-site host resides in basement.

Kate's Place

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

Alton Lodge Apartment East #1. This beautiful Apartment is one of two located at the Alton Lodge on 20 acres. After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. the family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.
