Herzlich willkommen in der kleinen Oase mitten in Sargans. Das renovierte Studio befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus in einem ruhigen Quartier im Zentrum von Sargans. Die schmucke Unterkunft bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Eine bequeme Sitzecke, Ess- u. Arbeitstisch, Kaffeemaschine Delizio, grosses Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und eigener Sitzplatz im idyllischen Garten sorgen für Freiraum und Erholung. Sehr zentral gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Studio at a beautiful location with flair and char

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The accommodation includes a double room with king size bed and a smaller room with two single beds suitable for two kids or adults. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Sie ist neuhaft, top ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem grossen Balkon. Gut gelegen zum Skifahren, einige Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180/200cm für 2 Personen, für weitere 2 Personen hat es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa somit wäre es auch mit 4 Personen möglich die Loft zu buchen.

Mini-Villa im Grünen und doch zentral. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, um im Appenzellerland zu entspannen und St.Gallen zu erkunden. Auch als Hotelalternative für Geschäftsreisen sehr gut geeignet. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und schnelles Internet stehen zur Verfügung. Kurze Distanz nach St. Gallen und zur Autobahn A1. Nicht verfügbar für Partys.

Gesamte Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Von dieser schönen modernen zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts in Vaduz und Malbun und an allen wichtigen Orten. Im Dorfzentrum ( 5 Minuten zu Fuss) gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt drei Restaurants und eine Post. Der öffentliche Bus ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
