The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

The Lynhay, Tregerrin Barns-Trevone and Padstow

We found and fell in love with Tregerrin Barns 15 years ago as derelict 19th Century farm buildings. They sit in the middle of cornfields between Padstow and Trevone in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on Cornwalls north coast. Within a short walk are the beaches of Trevone, Harlyn, and Tregirls, Padstow and it's top restaurants, and glorious hikes around a magnificent coast. We retained the essence of the barns in natural stone and oak for a simple, quiet, and beautiful place to stay.

Castaway cottage is situated in Trevone only 100 metres from the sandy beach with a parking space and outside dining. Relax at this modern, peaceful place to stay. The property is built to a very high standard. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/diner, a twin bedroom and modern bathroom. Upstairs there is a light and airy lounge with sofa bed and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Outside is a courtyard with garden sofa set, dining table and chairs. Ideal for a single or couple who loves to hike, swim, explore the area's many attractions or just chill in nature, for a 3-night minimum.

Trevone Cottage escape with air con and EV point

Air conditioned 4 double bed bungalow in quiet location with EV point + parking. Polbrock is a spacious bungalow accommodating eight people and off-road parking for four cars. Four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen/diner, a lounge and a storage garage area containing a washing machine, a tumble dryer and beach equipment including a trolley. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fan induction oven, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator and a large dining table.

Trelan - Bright modern and recently refurbished.

Trelan is a light and airy bungalow facing west, it enjoys fantastic sunsets, and sea glimpses. Books and games on the shelves, wooden floors and clean walls give the open plan space a spacious feeling, whilst the wood burner can give a warm cosy feeling on a stormy day! The bathroom has a large bath and separate shower. Bedrooms are comfy, but not frilly! Outside, there’s parking on the drive, from where, a gate leads to the secure garden with picnic table, bench and lawn.
