Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A-Frame Cabin

The A-Frame Cabins are situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY small-sized dogs under 10kg allowed.

Ottimo per escursioni nelle Dolomiti, sia in inverno che in estate. Kürzlich renoviertes Haus. Wohnung mit Doppelbettzimmer, Bad, Küche und Salon im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Optimale Lage zwischen Bozen und Trient, Nahe Kalterer- und Gardasee und Dolomiten. Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen, Sommer wie Winter.

Grande appartamento al secondo piano di villa a 1500 m.di altitudine con vista spettacolare sulle dolomiti, adatto a gruppi numerosi , fino a 11 persone.Per gruppi fino a 7 persone offro 2 stanze con servizi biancheria inclusa ,cucina con zona pranzo completa di stoviglie,bagno con doccia ,balcone panoramico ,lavanderia, posto auto e wifi. La casa si trova sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia sotto il monte Pelmo in vetta a 3168m, nelle giornate limpide si vede la laguna di Venezia.

If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. Ca' Leonardi Valle di Ledro - Sul Ri

Camera attrezzata situata in Val di Ledro a soli 3 km dal lago di Ledro, raggiungibile in 15 minuti con le biciclette elettriche messe a disposizione gratuitamente per gli ospiti. In inverno la neve rende la Val di Ledro un luogo incantato. Il vicino Monte Tremalzo è perfetto per lo sci d’alpinismo o per una semplice passeggiata con le ciaspole immersi nella natura. Poco distante dalla struttura, nella Val Concei è possibile inoltre praticare sci di fondo.
