Beautiful apartment close to the sea

In this 1930’s apartment you can find your zen and relax while enjoying beautiful surroundings and sandy beaches, located just 250 m from your home. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, 2,5 km from the city centre and with a convenient bus stop close by. The apartment is good for distance working with dedicated spaces as well as fast Wi-Fi. You are welcome to enjoy the garden and you have free parking on the street. Since it is an old house you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbours.

Gästlägenhet på Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Beautiful farmhouse 6 min from the beach

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

Trevligt hus med närhet till strand

Vi hyr ut vårt trevliga och rymliga sommarhus i Smygehamn med närhet till strand, butik och restauranger. Finns gott om utrymme och plats för både stora & små. Så långt söderut du kan komma i Sverige! Facilititer - Bastu, badtunna, boulebana Huset ligger ca 100m från stranden och ca 500 m till badbrygga. Smygehamn är Sveriges sydligaste plats & här finns affär, restaurang & glasskiosker. Närhet till fler pärlor och badstränder längst kusten. OBS! Husdjur är tillåtna utifrån samråd med oss.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo ligger med utsikt över havet, helt omgiven av sädesfält. Vi finns utanför Kämpinge (Höllviken) och endast 20 minuter från Malmö. Vi erbjuder närheten till Skanör med Falsterbo samt hela Söderslätt. Vi erbjuder 2 st fint renoverade dubbelrum i nedervåningen av villan. Förutom de 2 mycket smakfullt inredda rummen finns en "lounge", ett "sparum" och toalett. Egen ingång och helt separat från det övriga huset. Källarvåningen är renoverad och är uppvärmd. Däremot saknas dagsljus.

I närheten finns restauranger, välsorterad matbutik, pizzerior, tennis, golf, badplats och härliga promenadstråk.

This is a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing holiday. It’s close to restaurants, the grocery store, tennis club, minigolf and beautiful trekking or running tracks. Välkomna till vårt gästhus på Sveriges sydligaste udde! En kort promenad från charmiga fiskebyn Smygehamn ligger detta lilla hus vid kustvägen med stor grön trädgård och närhet till både hav och vackra landskap. Med sydkusten som sträcker sig i båda riktningar kan man enkelt ta sig till Malmö/Köpenhamn eller till Ystad och Österlens alla smultronställen med bil eller buss. Huset ligger ca 300 meter från havet. Ta ett besök dit och njut av havsbrisen!
