The “Kaneville Lodge” is conveniently located near Oil City & Titusville, with both Oil Creek State Park and Two Mile Run County Park close by. The area offers plenty of opportunities for hunting, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, and hiking. The full-sized kitchen is well equipped and offers extra touches to make your short or long stay comfortable. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small fee. Enjoy the beauty of nature, the peaceful woods, and perhaps even some wildlife during your visit.

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

White Pine Lodge is a quiet secluded log cabin on 67 acres near the small town of Tidioute, Pa. This is a perfect place for a hunting or fishing get-away. This cabin was built from the pine logs on the property making this a very unique home! The loft features a queen size bed along with one bunk bed set. There are 2 cots available on the first floor. A full sized eat-in kitchen provides all that you would need for cooking. WIFI IS NOW AVAILABLE! Outdoor fire pit with firewood provided!

Nestled right between Tidioute and Warren, our cabin is close to many sites within the National Forest: Buckaloons, Heart's Content, Rocky Gap, etc. There's also a great view of Crull's Island, a 96 acre paradise within the Allegheny Wilderness Area. Be on the lookout for heron, osprey, waterfowl, deer, and the amazing bald eagle!

This cabin is a great place for a family getaway in the Allegheny National Forest. It is easy to access on the main road, but still gives you the feel of the forest. It sits and overlooks the Allegheny River channel, in the summer you can watch fire flies on the island behind the cabin while you listen to the toads and bullfrogs sing. The river channel provides many opportunities to see wildlife such as ducks, eagles, deer, beavers, river otters, turtles and much more.

Oil Creek Cottage

Oil Creek Cottage rests in a quiet area of Titusville, PA, close to Oil Creek State Park; Drake Well Museum; OC & T Railroad; and trail head for the Erie to Pittsburgh bike trail. This vintage cottage is steps away from the Ed Myer Complex, equipped with fields for soccer, softball, baseball, batting cages, running track, tennis courts, and a BMX race track.
