Just over 5 miles from Purdue, our fully renovated Cottage sits on the bank of the Wabash River. Walking distance to the Davis Ferry Pedestrian Bridge and Heritage Trail. Cottage is directly across the river from the Davis Ferry Park boat launch. This cottage features a 500 sqf deck that wraps around the house. I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

The Black & Gold House Spacious Family Gatherings

Perfect place for a big family to stay while visiting Purdue University. This house is located in a family oriented neighborhood just 12 minutes from campus and 18 minutes to Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the back yard with a grill and fire pit. The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.

Papaw’s Barn

It is 15 minutes from interstate I-65, approximately 20 minutes to downtown Lafayette and approximately 30 minutes to Purdue University. Papaw’s barn is a detached building away from the main house with parking. If you enjoy relaxing views of the country, in the middle of Indiana heartland, this is the place for you!
