The person using this space and sharing the deck as a common area is quiet, loves animals, and uses the deck area for access to the garage. They have no access to the main house. Located in Carrington, close to the water, there is easy access to the CBD. This suburb has a great village feel and you can walk to shops, cafes, bakery, pubs and restaurants. Public transport is a 2 minute walk to catch bus into CBD which only is a 5 min ride.
