A peaceful, cosy haven in a pretty village

Get away from it all in this warm, spacious, converted barn with exposed timbers and solid wood floors. Open plan living with a large sofa & smart TV. Set in the heart of the village, with walks from the front door, you’re tucked down a shared driveway. The peace is only broken by the occasional hoot of an owl. A sun-trap terrace and gravel parking can be fenced for dogs. An excellent pub is a 2 min walk up the road. You’ll sleep soundly in a super-king bed or twin singles on prior request.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Delightful Shepherds Hut in rural Suffolk

Located on a former farm dating back to the 1400's, we love living here so much that we wanted to share our tranquil corner of England with others! Under 2 hours from London and an hour from Cambridge, we are 3.5 miles from the historic town of Eye, which has grocery stores, butcher's and a fantastic deli. Rural, yet under a mile away from two of the best food pubs in Mid-Suffolk, you will be staying in the heart of the East Anglian countryside surrounded by fields, woodland and wildlife.

The Loft - cosy and private!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private hot tub! The Loft offers everything you might need for a short break in the peaceful Suffolk countryside. There are lovely field paths to explore, and our wonderful local pub within an easy walk, as well as the pretty little town of Eye two miles up the road with its castle and independent shops. The stunning Suffolk Coast is less than an hour away, as are the cities of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.

The Nest at Coppins Cottage

Relax in this beautiful rural setting. Take time to unwind at The Nest or explore Suffolk from this central base. Set in the ground of Coppins Cottage feel free to wander thru the meadow and perhaps spot the visiting deer or see the Barn owl flying low. Self catering or several pubs and restaurants nearby (including vegetarian restaurant). Basic breakfast items supplied - home made bread, butter, milk, cereal, preserves, tea and coffee - to help get your day off to any easy start!

The Barn sleeps up to 7 people, with views over the countryside, a large garden and outdoor bluetooth enabled hot tub, new in August 2021. It's a 'get away from it all' place. Visit Framlingham, Norwich, Cambridge, Thetford Forest, Southwold, Aldeburgh and more. There are traditional English pubs all around us serving Suffolk ales, great food and takeaways. The Old Forge 6

The Old Forge is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The cottage is set in the peaceful village of Brome, in the Suffolk countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The Old Forge has its own private garden and parking for two cars. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and two are on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin single beds. Bedroom three is ground floor also with a kingsize. The ground floor offers a kitchen/diner, bathroom, lounge and storage.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.
