It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. The house is located only a few miles from Winstar Casino. It has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a tub and shower, internet, a living room with a flat screen TV and a PS3 for games, movies, and music, and a kitchen. Pets are welcome. There is a fenced yard with a porch and grill. There is a nice view of hills above the Red river and though the house is near the casino, it is quiet and peaceful.
