The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

I invite you to come relax in this calm, cozy modern beach bungalow. Every detail thought out for your rest and relaxation on vacation and enjoyment enjoyment. A comfortable queen size bed welcomes you to enjoy a peaceful night of sleep at the Lookout. This tiny house has a kitchenette that has a fridge, microwave and beverage makers. I provide coffee and tea and a few snacks for you upon arrival. The bungalow is located on the back of the property on the second floor of a back house.

We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. GVR02757 2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.
