Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch das neue Mobiliar sowie der vielen Lichtquellen aus, die dazu beitragen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.
