Cabin is ideal for guests who are looking for peace and quiet and distance from the hustle and bustle of the city and the light pollution, but are within driving distance of many of the places to visit. Cabin is located about 45min drive from Rovaniemi. The cabin gives guests a peek into local lifestyle and offers authentic cabin experience

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Tyylikkäässä kaksiossa on koko asunnon kiertävä suuri parveke, josta avautuvat avarat näkymät kahteen ilmansuuntaan. Kalastus mahdollisuus omassa rannassa (Ahven, Harri) Helppo lähteä ulkoilemaan heti mökin pihasta luonnon rauhaan. Mahdollisuus myös vuokrata uusi mönkijä Polaris Sportman 570. Liinavaatteet ja pyyheliinat sis. hintaan. Kätkävaaran luontopolku lähellä. Alueella satoja kilometrejä erilaisia ulkoilureittejä.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella v. 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä terassi . Toinen erikseen kesäaikaan vuokrattavissa oleva sauna on aivan rannalla, saunan yhteydessä on palju sekä 8h grillillä varustettu huvimaja. Suotuvene käytössä asukkaille. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan. Hanoista tulee lähdevesi. Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!
