とくとは香川県豊島（てしま）の築約80年の古民家を改修し、2021年の夏から営業を始めました。 趣ある石垣の上の広い敷地にゆったりと構えられた古民家で、落ち着いた邸宅の風情を堪能いただけます。屋根には七福神の鬼瓦が装飾され、古い製法による波打ったガラス窓、とても大きな灯篭など、当時の贅を凝らした建築をお楽しみください。 豊島家浦港から歩いて15分ほどの便利な立地で、のどかな集落全体が見渡せる高台に位置しており、その先には穏やかな瀬戸内海の眺望が拡がります。また、晴れた日の夜には星空や奥の山から昇る月をのんびりと眺めることができます。 建物は「本館」と「別館」からなり、感染症対策として、それぞれの建物に１組ずつ受け入れ、皆様に安心してお泊まりいただけるよう配慮しております。「本館」は、縁側のガラスなども薄く、お子様には危険になりうる箇所がございますので小学生以下のお子様は「別館」をご予約ください。 建物の背後には畑と豊かな里山が広がり、ヤギも飼育しています。また、すぐ近くの静かなため池や、集落の入り組んだ路地も散策におすすめです。 瀬戸内の島時間を「とくと」お楽しみください。

BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please find your favorite room among the five different interior designed BIOs and make it your base for your nice trip.

宮津の中心街から車で10分程度で里山、田園風景が自慢の「上宮津」という地域内で３年ほど空き家になっていた物件をリノベーションして１棟貸しの宿泊施設へと生まれ変わりました。 海までは10分、天橋立までは15分、伊根の舟屋までは45分。 特別綺麗な施設ではありませんが、地域ならではのゆっくりとした時間を過ごしていただます。 基本的にお料理は出していませんが、ご希望の方は近隣のおにぎりcafeの当施設限定朝食おにぎりセットを予約することができます（有料） 地域の方との交流やBBQ、収穫体験などのメニュー、地域内e-bikeツアーなどもご紹介可能です。事前にお問い合わせください。またBBQは一式のレンタルで¥2,200で準備します。（イス、コンロ、炭、火ばさみ、準備から片付けまで）食材は含まれません。ゲストの方でご準備してください。レンタル以外でのBBQはご遠慮いただいています。 ガレージでは、BBQの他、自転車やバイクのメンテナンスを雨に濡れずに行う事ができます。鍵付きの建物内に保管できますので安心して丹後一周する事が可能です。 駐車場は当施設すぐ後ろに駐車スペースがあります。

Designated as a nationally important cultural landscape with efforts underway to secure UNESCO status. These houses were built by the Mitsubishi Corporation around 1876 and are now designated cultural properties of Asago City. In such a historic building, you can experience accommodation while thinking about the life of the past. Easy access to Kinosakionsen and Takeda Castle.

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
