Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. Tellico Plains Inn, Boutique Hotel, The Babcock

The Babcock Room is the largest room in the entire Inn, and the only room on the first floor. The Babcock Room has a king bed and a futon. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The room has its own ductless heating and cooling unit, 55" smart TV, console/desk and chairs, k-cup coffee machine and a mini fridge. Although rehabbed in 2023, The Tellico Plains Inn was originally established in 1916 and is in the heart of Tellico Plains and the start of the Cherohala Skyway.
